Bill, Hill and “misuse of corporate assets”

This Associated Press article mentions that a lawsuit has been filed against Vinod Gupta, Chief Executive of InfoUSA for “serial misuse of corporate assets and resources.”

How were these corporate assets and resources misused? The article insinuates that the company’s money was used among other things to fly Bill and Hill around the country on corporate jets and paying B. Clinton more than $3 million for “consulting services.”

The Clintons are not being sued here. Nonetheless, if you’re running for President, having your name mentioned in the same sentence with “serial misuse of corporate assets and resources” can’t be good.
