Brownback misses Senate votes

The Kansas City Star calls out the Kansas senator for missing a lot of Senate votes including the recent one Irag War funding.

One of the only two Senators who have missed more includes the South Dakota senator who had a brain hemorrhage and is unable to fill his duties. Brownback’s excuse is that he’s too busy running for President.

Brownback, Huckabee & Tancredo Don’t Believe in Evolution

One of the more interesting things to come out of the first Republican candidate debate last week in Simi Valley. Senator McCain was asked if he believed in evolution, and after a pause, said yes. The moderator then asked if there was anyone on stage who did not believe in evolution. Three candidates raised their hands – Governor Mike Huckabee, Senator Sam Brownback and Representative Tom Tancredo. Watch the clip here, or read some interesting commentary here.
